Investing In Yourself
Make huge savings on your bike repair bills. Our courses will give you the confidence to tackle most repairs on your bike yourself, giving you satisfaction and confidence along the way.
Our maintenance courses are hands on. We will discuss the topic in detail first and explain how to tackle the job. Then it is onto your own bike to put your new knowledge into practice. Each course includes a manual which covers all the areas on the specific course.
* We will share our knowledge about this component, answer your questions and teach you the correct way to clean and lubricate it.
**We will share our knowledge about this component, and teach you how to remove it from your bike, clean it, and re grease it before fixing it back on your bike.
Maintenance Courses - We Can Come to You!!!
We are based on Cannock Chase in Staffordshire, however we are able to travel around the UK and offer Maintenance Courses.
We would bring all of our usual stuff that we use to run the courses:
- Cytech Mechanic
You would need to organise:
- A village hall or similar
- 5 people who want to come on the course
- 5 Bikes to work on
For our mobile service we usually squeeze the Beginners Course in with the Improvers Course. Making this a good long (ish) day. Then the Advanced Course would be the following day.
We are happy to run either course, or both. The only expenses we expect you to cover is our fuel, which we charge at 50p per mile.
So if you are 50 miles from our home location we would charge you for the 100 mile round trip would be £50. This works out as £10 per person above our normal fees.
